Man Caught in Liposuction Scam
We ought to duck when the cosmetic surgery scam hits the fan!
A man in Tucson was busted after a three-month investigation showed that he was performing cosmetic surgery without a license. Both Gustavo Nunez and his assistant were arrested with charges.
Nunez, who had been giving liposuction and breast augmentation treatment, had two women immediately admitted to an emergency room which lead to suspicions against him.

DEA Special Agent Doug Coleman states, "Mr. Nunez was not a doctor; he did not practice medicine -- instead he ran a scheme to victimize Arizonans by performing botched medical procedures and prescribing controlled substances without regard to the well-being of others.”
