Meet Dr. W.Y. Chung
MD, RPhs, DABVLM
Dr. W.Y. Chung, MD, a Diplomate of the American Board of Venous & Lymphatic Medicine (ABVLM), has been practicing medicine for over 25 years. With deep expertise and dedication, he has proudly served thousands of Hawaii residents, providing advanced treatments for varicose and spider veins. Dr. Chung considers it a true honor to help patients regain both comfort and confidence through compassionate, high-quality care.
He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Irvine, and his Doctor of Medicine from Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine. Dr. Chung completed his training in Emergency Medicine at Advocate Christ Hospital and Medical Center, followed by specialized training in Venous & Lymphatic Medicine at Morrison Vein Institute under Dr. Nick Morrison, and in Laser & Cosmetic Medicine at SpaMedica with Dr. R. Stephen Mulholland and at Advanced Aesthetics with Dr. Kevin Johnson.
Dr. Chung is an active member of the American Vein & Lymphatic Society and holds board certifications as a Diplomate of the American Board of Venous & Lymphatic Medicine and the American Board of Emergency Medicine.
